1. Master Classes
Throughout the year we host a number of coffee master classes that are available to our customers/that we invite our customers to attend. Hosted/Presented by Phillip Di Bella, Moises Tawil and the ICT Team, these master classes will offer insight into the many elements involved in producing coffee your customers will love and continue to come back for.

2. Origin tours
As part of our commitment to developing integrated relationships between producers and roasters, each year we offer our customers the opportunity to meet the producers at origin. Traveling to a selected growing region, we plan a tour that allows you to experience first-hand the source of your coffee.
This is an opportunity to connect directly with producers and gain a deeper understanding of the beans used in your blends. We encourage you to share your experience and stories with your customers, and bring them closer to the source of their favourite cup too.

3. Roasting Advice
Coffee roasting is both an art and a science, and it requires a high degree of knowledge and experience to produce a specific/desired roast profile. At first the prospect of roasting can be a little daunting, but we are here to help you along the way. As a customer of International Coffee Traders, you have access to proven experts who can provide assistance and guidance with your roasting process – from equipment selection to roast profiling, roasting techniques and roasted coffee analysis.

Creating unique blends is what sets you apart – it provides you with a point of difference in a competitive market and gives your customers a compelling reason to keep coming back. We can help you identify the desired cup experience and advise you on which origins produce these flavours*. When you are ready to buy green beans, we will source the finest beans to match your special blend profile – and drawing on our extensive producer network, we ensure you have access to beans to consistently produce your blend all year round.
