These “micro-lots” are the most highly sought after beans, and the competition for access to these exclusive micro-lots is fierce. Our direct and personal relationships with producers at the origin provide us with early access to these highly prized beans.
For our roasting customers, this means advance knowledge of micro-lot availability and the ability to secure a special purchase for their own customers. In fact, a roaster’s access to exclusive bean forms a strong point of differentiation in a competitive marketplace.
